Kenes Group, is looking for a highly motivated, experienced Social Media Specialist.
The Social Media Specialist carries the overall responsibility to manage our client’s social media channels including: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram, from strategy to execution and content creation.

• The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of day-to-day community engagement for our social media channels
• Collaborate with Marketing managers to develop strategic social media plans for our clients
• Execute Social Media campaigns to their highest effectiveness within the limits of the scope of service. This will include posting on Social Networks, monitoring and replying to user interaction and taking initiative in building the brands of our clients.
• Participate in conversations and answer comments related to our content and brand.
• Identify and resolve consumer issues quickly and professionally, using appropriate internal resources, when necessary.
• Utilize strong writing skills to create social media content.
• Create designed images for posts.
• Manage budget for paid ad campaigns across social media platforms.
• Prepare reports – internally and externally for clients.
• Respond quickly to changes in social networks and adapt to capitalize on new opportunities.
• Lead workshops for clients on social media upon demand.

• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high stress environment and ensure follow-through on every task & project
• Experience with generating ideas, self-motivated and the ability to work independently
• Strong collaboration skills and experience with working as a team player
• Excellent communication skills – oral and written
• Organizational and Internet research skills
• Understanding of social media platforms and advertising on them
• Ability to work on weekends when traveling

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing or advertising, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years’ professional experience with social media
• Thorough understanding of and expert-level user of all social media technologies
• Excellent social media conversation skills with a strong history of active participation on behalf of an organization/brand
• Experience in creating paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
• Experience building online interaction among members of a large-scale community.
• English – native or mother tongue level– written and spoken
• Excellent computer skills, including all Microsoft Office programs
• Basic design skills
