At TabTale, our people are our most important asset. We’re looking for a super-talented and driven HR Manager to grow with us. As TabTale Macedonia HR Manager, you will be part of a global HR team, in a one-of-a-kind startup that owns an amazing & fun product.

A successful candidate will be able to partner and interact effectively with TabTalers at all levels, deliver value-added services that reflect the business objectives, and possess excellent communication skills as well as the agility to function in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Stay in tune with the office vibes at all times and monitor TabTalers to ensure a high level of employee engagement and maintain a positive workplace;
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are in line with current Macedonian employment law;
  • Mentor first-line managers to navigate complex issues, identify focus areas for support and intervention;
  • Manage TabTale Macedonia’s performance review process & compensation;
  • Take charge of organizational development and training;
  • Handle administration logistics; company events; budget management;
  • Prepare reports;
  • Work with our team to execute the Tabatale HR strategy and vision, and implement cross-company initiatives;
  • Be the point of contact for all HR issues related to the entire employee lifecycle.

What you should have:

  • 3+ years of relevant HR experience in an IT/startup environment;
  • BA in a related field (MA – an advantage);
  • Confidence in directing HR and advising team leaders on all aspects of people management and development;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Experience in the administration, evaluation processes, compensation and other HR processes;
  • A keen sense of understanding of core business goals and priorities;
  • Extensive experience interviewing and consulting;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment & to handle a large amount of ambiguity;
  • Fluent English (written and verbal);
  • Previous experience implementing OD processes – advantage.

This is a full-time position located in our Macedonia (Skopje) office.
