We are looking for аn Association Account Manager to be part of Kenes team – the world’s leading Professional Conference Organizers of medical and scientific events.
The Association Account Manager will manage the secretariat, activities, and operations of not-for–profit medical associations. He/she will work to ensure every aspect of the association management is optimized and managed in accordance with association guidelines and objectives.

• Follow detailed work plan and timelines in line with strategic plan
• Manage activities identified in the strategic plan
• Implementation of agreed policies
• Executive support to the Board
• Undertake required elections for Board/committee positions
• Secretariat and liaison office
• Oversee membership coordination and services provided to members
• Logistics coordination of all business meetings held at the annual congress
• Coordination of board conference calls, face-to-face meetings and other relevant meetings; recording of minutes, execution of agreed actions
• Logistics management for Board i.e. hotels, travel, itineraries
• Coordination of booth design, requirements
• Manage and oversee suppliers to deliver agreed activities
• Invoicing and payment processing
• Oversight of society bank accounts
• Production of annual accounts in liaison with accounting team
• Management of annual budgets
• Implementation of agreed of marketing and communications activities
• Coordination and implementation of agreed mailshots and newsletters
• Maintenance and development of association website and social media
• Raise awareness and promote the society through attendance and exhibitions at national/regional and global meetings
• Manage interface with the association board, committees/subcommittees / task groups/editors etc. and with association’s partners, sister organizations, national and international bodies
• Manage interface with external parties (publishers, external web providers, sponsors, different contractors and service providers), and represent the association (e.g. other congresses)
• Manage interface with bank, auditor, lawyer, legal bodies etc and work with Kenes Finance team
• Close colaboration with different internal teams

• Fluent in English (verbal & written);
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Knowledge of basic finance/accounting.
• Service orientation, accuracy, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Disciplined and highly organised
• Ability to travel
• IT literate and comfortable with various software and systems

Education & Experience:
• 1-2 years (University degree) or 5 years in the service industry;
• Bachelor’s degree – advantage.
• Proven successful track record of 3-5 years in association management
